Shmorévaz hosts the launch of Graham Hamilton’s new publication Why do I fill a box with flowers for you, published by Sic.sic editions. The book is presented alongside an installation by Hamilton and Ryan Foerster, as well as a display of the complete library of Foerster’s euro-tourist zine Dü Spati Review. The newest issue of Dü Spati Review — a collaboration between Foerster and Hamilton.

Graham Hamilton lives and works in Paris, FR. Hamilton is a graduate of New York University and the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main. His multidisciplinary practice spans floral arrangement, silkscreen, photography and sculpture, focusing on the tension between organic decay and preservation. Recent solo exhibitions include “Memorabilia” at Turiner Kunstverein?, Turin (2025), and “November or Bouvard and Pécuchet” at Alienze, Paris (2024). In September 2025 Hamilton will have solo presentations at Gelateria del Sogni di Ghiaccio, Bologna; and Forde, Geneva; as well as group exhibitions at Espacio Cabeza, Guadalajara, curated by Abraham Cruzvillegas; and Bodenrader, Chicago, curated by David Rimanelli.

Sic.sic. is a new publishing platform for artist books and other editions, established between Geneva and Paris by Rémi Brandon and Graham Hamilton.
