Klima is a bi-annual print magazine dedicated to connecting research with the artistic world in a comprehensible way. Each issue is centered around an article written by a PhD student. Interviews, encounters, as well as artistic and literary projects are proposed in relation to the main article. These articles will interpret the inherent problematics within this research project.

Klima publishes articles related to contemporary art, art history, art critique, sociology, anthropology, cultural studies, gender studies, postcolonial studies. Entitled Worlding with the Virtual, the latest issue of Klima focuses on the interweaving of the virtual and the real. Composed in collaboration with the research group Fabbula, it dives into the world of online communities and questions the capacity of digital tools can foster world-building alternatives to current systems of domination. It touches upon avatars, cyberfeminism, hacking, video games and role playing games (RPG, LARP). The launch of this fourth issue also marks the opening of shmorévaz; on that occasion, Klima presents the works of contributing artists Giulia Essyad, Joey Holder, Miriam Laura Leonardi and Erwan Sene in the space.
